PSV - AZ in Virtual Reality for the first time in the Netherlands
On Saturday, April 6 at 6:45 p.m., the top match PSV – AZ will kick off. This competition can be seen live in virtual reality (VR) for a select audience. ESPN and KPN are joining forces and are showing an Eredivisie match in this way for the first time in the Netherlands.
It is a unique, innovative way to experience the top match in the Eredivisie live. From the comfort of your own home, but still with the same experience as in the stadium. In collaboration with Go! Gaming location LeidseRijn, ESPN and KPN will make this possible on Saturday 6 April. By connecting a special, unique camera position from the Philips stadium with a set of VR glasses, 100 fans from GoGaming! Utrecht played the match as if they were sitting on top of the pitch in the Philips stadium
