How does it work?
With just a few simple steps, you'll be ready to game at Go!Gaming:
Easily book your game time for one of our Go!Gaming locations online through our website. After your payment, you will receive an email confirmation containing a unique code.
Log into the Go!Gaming center with your Go!Gaming account. Don't have a Go!Gaming account yet? No problem! In the center you can easily create your own Go!Gaming account.
Use the unique code from the email confirmation to activate your game time in your Go!Gaming account. Once the code is activated, game time will be in your account!
Everything is taken care of! You can start gaming right away and enjoy your favorite games! Still have questions? The Go!Crew is always ready to help you!

What is the Go!Gaming self-service?
The Go!Gaming Selfservice is a user-friendly way to buy and activate your game time yourself. This way you don't have to wait in a possible line and you can game faster!
How do I buy game time?
Game time can be purchased through our website. Choose the Go!Gaming center where you want to game, choose your time slot and amount of game time. After purchase you will receive a confirmation email with a unique code that you need to activate your game time.
What should I do if I don't have a Go!Gaming account?
To activate your game time, log in to your Go!Gaming account in the Go!Gaming center. Click on your account name at the top right of the screen and select 'Redeem code'. Enter your unique code and your game time will be added to your account immediately!
What if I need help during the self-service process?
No worries! Our Go!Crew is always in the gaming center to help you with questions or problems!
I want to race or console game, can I do that with the Go!Gaming self-service?
Yes, you can! After activating your game time, report to our Go!Crew and they will help you.
Can I activate my game time at home?
It is not yet possible to activate your game time at home, you can now easily arrange this yourself at a Go!Gaming location.
