What are the shipping options?
Standard delivery 3-4 days.
On average, your order will be delivered by PostNL within 3-4 business days.
On weekdays, you will receive an email from PostNL with a track & trace code within 48 hours of receiving the package from PostNL. This e-mail will state exactly when your package will be delivered and how you can track it.
PostNL delivers only Monday through Saturday.
RETURNS

Terms of return
If you wish to return a purchased item, you have up to 14 days (after receiving the package) to return. Items can only be returned when:
It is returned within 14 days of receipt
The item is in original condition, unworn and comes with tags and the original packaging
If you are returning an entire order, any discount vouchers must also be returned. These may not have been redeemed.
How does the return process work?

When the order is received back by us we will review it. If the order is received in good order you will receive a confirmation e-mail and we will refund the amount to the account used to pay for the order within 5 working days.
Cost of return
There is a €6.15 charge (on refunds) for returning items, unless the item contains one of the following:
You received an incorrect item or size
The item was delivered damaged/broken
- Delivery problems such as missing or damaged goods must be reported within 2 working days from delivery date. After that, the right to claim for damage and defect expires.
- Then the delivery party has the carrier investigate, and if the carrier investigation shows that delivery did take place, we do not credit our customer.
